An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system) is software that connects and supports the major workflows an organization relies on. In public safety, that means going beyond reporting and records. A true ERP includes areas like scheduling, inspections, equipment tracking, property data, training records, and operational planning — the things many RMS systems overlook or treat as secondary. Unlike traditional closed platforms, an ERP is designed to integrate with other tools instead of replacing them. Agencies can connect equipment, reporting tools, training platforms, and future technology without being locked into one vendor or ecosystem. The goal is to give agencies a connected operational foundation that adapts to their needs, supports interoperability, and leaves room for growth.
You can start with one module or choose several. Each one works on its own, but the system is designed to grow into a fully connected platform when you’re ready. Station ERP is also intended to integrate with other tools and systems so your data can move freely, without forcing you into a single closed ecosystem or paying for each integration.
We are releasing modules step by step. Right now, only a portion of the platform is live, and new components are being developed in partnership with early agencies.
